Voteralized was an initiative to introduce of decentralized systems in voting applications. To visualize this in a proof-of-concept web application which could be used to visualize the idea of using smart contracts for elections. This was built on a local Ethereum blockchain using solidity smart contracts. The client side featured a simple UI for picking a conditate in an election and then casting your vote by identifying with MetaMask and thereby sending a transaction to put this vote on the blockchain.
